We do offer competitive hourly rates and flat monthly fees, depending on your needs. There is no fee for a consultation. Accounts Payable
We can track your monthly expenses, process bill payments, and provide reports that let you know how you’re spending your money and when your bills are due. We can also help negotiate the best payment terms with your vendors.

Accounts Receivable
Accounts Receivable includes invoicing your customers and compiling reports that show you how much you are owed, when invoices are due, and who is past due.

Collections
When we handle your accounts receivable we will be familiar with your business and clients and can manage the collection process. Slow paying customers are a part of doing business but when managed properly you can get paid timely.

Monthly Close
We recommend that all businesses have a monthly close process in place. Closing your books each month and generating financial statements timely can identify costly errors. The sooner you have a clear picture of how your business performed in the prior month, the sooner you can make money saving changes.

Financial Statements
Understanding financial statements is essential to the success of a small business. We will prepare a Balance Sheet and Income Statement and review these reports with you each month. Financial statements can be used to steer you in the right direction and help you avoid costly failures.

Payroll
For companies with more than 25 employees we recommend you use an outside payroll processing service such as ADP or Paychex. We can make the required entries into your accounting and payroll software and reconcile their reports against your records.

Cash Management
Cash management includes bank and credit card reconciliations with detailed reports of your cash inflows and outflows. Reconciling your accounts promptly helps identify banking errors and fraudulent activity in time to recover any loses.

Business Tax Preparation
We are not a CPA firm and do not offer tax advice or income tax preparation. We do offer tax related services including sales and use tax returns, payroll tax forms, W-2 and 1099-MISC preparation and filing.
